Google PRESUMES your identity or are they tracking you?

Went to log on to this blog and went to the standard www.blogger.com/start page, and next thing I get is a re-route to a new page, were google is PRESUMING my identity.  It asked me for the password. I knew it, but it angered me, and still angers me that Google is presuming me to be one person or another.

My wife uses the same computer. What if she goes to log on to her blog? Will she get MY id and request for a password? YES she will. She will have to go click on a menu, and then it will presume she is one of how many other ID's google apparently has linked to this computer.

And that angers me. That means they are tracking me, spying on me and that angers me as I feel it is an invasion of my privacy.

If google is tracking everything done on this computer, what other illegal things are they doing? What other crimes are they committing?

I will find their tracking files and delete them from my computer.

STOP the Affordable(?!) care act, DO NOT SIGN UP!

That is right folks. All you have to do is REFUSE to sign up for it. It will collapse on its own.

Most people I talk to are telling me their insurance rates are doubling, tripling, or worse.

We the people must say NO to this. And simply not accept it, just as we refused to accept prohibition.

America, Now home of the Slave, violates its own laws.

As the Federal Affordable Care Act shifts into a higher gear, all Americans must buy health insurance or pay a fine beginning in January.

Don't we have an amendment to the US Constitution that forbids involuntary servitude?

The 13th Amendment to to the US Constitution reads:
Section 1.Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
Section 2. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

How is ordering American Citizens to either buy health care insurance, or be fined, NOT a violation of the 13th? Can any one tell me?

Welcome to the United States of Slavery.. Home of the Slave, who may or may not be brave.

Why The Affordable Health Care act, aka Obama Care, is un Constitutional and should be abandoned.

First of all, let me state for the record, I am a Veteran that studies the Constitution for the united States of America, and believe and support it.

Second, I agree that our health care system needed some massive restructuring, but the answer was not this so called "Affordable healthcare act", aka Obama care.

Third, health care is not a right. It can never be a right. Since it is dependent upon a second party, it cannot even come close to being in the ball park of being considered to be a right.  You can give yourself health care, which is what you do every time you make a choice. But if someone else has to give it to you, it is no longer a right but a privilege.

Rights come from our creator, not government. God cannot give you healthcare. He can give you free speech.

Under this nation's Constitution, the Federal government has limited powers and has specific jobs to do. Common defense of the Nation is the first item. There are others listed in Article 1 of the Constitution for the united States of America.

Yet it is not doing that. Our borders are wide open and we are being invaded for economic gain, which is no different that having a war with guns that achieve economic gain.

The job of the federal government is to govern the 50 governments that make up the 50 states of the union. At one time in our history the term "State" was equal to and meant the same as "country". Therefore the Federal government is the government of governments. It was NEVER intended to apply to individual people as they are not signers of the contract which is the Constitution.

The Bill of rights does not grant rights. It is amendments that further restricts federal governments power and was designed to protect the rights of the people, hence its name. But it protects rights, not grants them.  People of the USA have several rights not even mentioned in the Constitution.

The right to choose, free of interference or any form of intimidation.
The right to consent or not to consent. To give your approval or not give your approval. Under this law you have no choice. You participate in it, or are fined.  That is not freedom.

These 2 fundamental rights have been violated by the Affordable health care act. And as such it cannot stand as a valid law.

The Federal congress cannot require us to participate in Social Security, therefore they also have no authority to require us to participate in "the affordable care" act.

No one in the USA has the right to reach into another's pocket and take what they want and do it lawfully, simply because there was a majority vote.  People have the inalienable right to keep the fruits of their own labors, unless directed otherwise by Judicial due process, or by Government authority which is the result of a law being passed that is in harmony with our Nations' and our States' Constitutions. And "the affordable healthcare act" is NOT Constitutional.

No one has the right to force another to provide services to him or her. Yet that is what this so called law does.

No one has the right to make the American people pay for the health and welfare of criminals that enter this country illegally, yet this is what this so called law, does.

No one has the lawful right to decide how much money my health care provider can make. To impose such a state upon them, would be to impose a state of involuntary servitude upon them, and to imply ownership of that person. Both are unlawful in this nation.

And one more reason. The 13th Amendment to the Constitution forbids a state of involuntary servitude from being imposed on a Citizen of the United States until judicial process has been granted.  No judicial process has been granted to me.

This law requires me to take my property (my resources) and use them in a manner I may not agree with, nor consent to, and if I do not do that, the law then penalizes me for not doing so. THAT is the state of involuntary servitude.

As such it is totally unconstitutional.

Shut down may be good for America.

At a time when our own government is too busy doing everything BUT its Constitutional defined job, maybe its a good thing they have decided to "shut it down".

The fact is, it is not really shut down. Only the so called Non-essential parts of it are shut down. Most of the government is still very much in operation. However, at this time many people are starting to think about a real shut down.

Why should we be paying congress to NOT do a job? For the last 30 years this country has become more and more rigid in its ability to be flexible and to solve problems. Now its one way or the other and no alternative is even considered.  It is the typical THEM VS US mentality, and its taken this country to a political stalemate.

And that may be a good thing for America.

It will give us time to think about things. And if we are going to keep this country going as the freest in the world, we are going to have to do some things we may not want to do. Socialism does not work here. Individualism does.  This mentality that we owe the world something needs to be squashed. We owe the world nothing. If anything they owe us.

The United States of America has done more for humanity, in its short existence of some 250 years or so, than any other known civilization in the history of mankind.

We have taken humanity from the horse and sail age to the automobile age, to the electronics age, the space age and the atomic age. All in less then 250 years.

No other civilization has advanced mankind so quickly. And this did not just effect only a few people located in and around the Mediterranean, as so many past civilizations did.. The people of this entire planet have benefited from the advancements made by the people from the United States.

As we got bigger so did our government, and many now think it is too big. That it is so big, it is doing stuff it is not supposed to be doing.

So perhaps it is good that the government is shutting down.  I think something good can come out of this.  I hope so.
